Do I need to create an account?+
No. You can use all PDF tools without an account. Creating a free account gives you cloud storage, saved documents, and eSign capabilities.
What file formats are supported?+
We support PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), JPG, and PNG. You can convert between these formats using our conversion tools.
Is there a file size limit?+
Free users can process files up to 50 MB. Pro and Business plans support larger files.
Can I use PDFTriX on mobile?+

How does eSign work?+
Upload a PDF, place signature fields, and send it to recipients via email. They can sign directly in their browser. You get notified when the document is signed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
